Roulette is probably the most famous casino game. It is a classical chance game that allows the players to gamble with only a very small house edge. The game is based entirely on luck, and the player doesn't require in depth knowledge of the game to be able to win.

The name Roulette comes from French and it means "small wheel". The game's goal is to predict the landing point of the ball that is thrown on a spinning wheel. The players have the possibility to place a wide selection of bets that will pay in accordance with the probability of success. The roulette table has 37 or 38 numbers depending on the style (European Roulette or American Roulette) of which 18 are red, 18 are black and 1 or 2 are green (the zero number and the double zero). The highest paying bets are on single numbers with payouts of 35 to 1, while the lowest paying bets will pay 2 to 1. Roulette allows multiple bets for a single spin.

Inside bets:

Straight up bet (a single number), Split bet (two neighboring numbers), Street (three numbers), Corner (four numbers), Six line (two street bets), Trio (0,1,2 or 0,2,3)

Outside bets:

Low 12 (1 to 12), Middle 12 (13 to 24), High 12 (25 to 36), Low 18 (1 to 18), High 18 (19 to 36), Red or Black, Even or Odds, Column Bets (12 numbers on the same column).

Inside bets have higher payouts but smaller chances to win while outside bets have smaller payouts (2 to 1 or 3 to 1) and higher winning outrights.
